Hard to find any helpful info on product just 1 year after purchase
The spool basically fell apart after only 5 months of use. I was impossible to fins any information of purchasing or replacing. I spent a LOT of money on this "system" and should be able to trouble shoot it. You can find 1,000 videos on replacing the string...the easy part. Yet not one bit of information anywhere on how to replace the expensive spool I finally found after wasting hours searching. Follow up on this product sucks.
