my new boat anchor 2020 327
my new boat anchor 2020 327
I purchased this to do small drive way. i wanted to replace my 45 year old john Deere. I thought i paid enough that i would get A reliable machine, i find you get usually get what you pay for.
the drive wheels slip in reverse so badly its truly unusable, the heated grips ,warm up about 1' above ambient temp, the motor back fires violently.
i took into dealer, they kept it for 1 month then called me to say it works fine. when i went to pick up the service manger had to help push up ramp, because the WHEELS WHERE SLIPPING ,and he could see it . with out him pushing and me pulling it would not back up. the wheel problem is not the belt slipping, it is clearly the friction plated violently bouncing about in reverse. It costs me over 150.00 in gas to take this into the city shops to have it looked at, I can not keep throwing good monies after bad.
In forward gear this moves a lot of snow very well ,but unfortunately this is unusable.
I feel like i flushed 2000 $ down the toilet. i have never taken the time to complain about a product, but i wish someone warned me about this.I would feel guilty if i tried to resell this knowing the way it works.
