- Aspen 2 and Aspen 4 were initially developed for work hygiene reasons, in cooperation with professional users. Aspen 2 and Aspen 4 contain virtually no harmful substances such as benzene, aromatic hydrocarbons, polyaromatic hydrocarbons or olefins. Ordinary gasoline contains around one hundred substances, but Aspen alkylate gasoline only has around ten of the least harmful. This means that the health risks from exposure to gasoline fumes and exhaust fumes are minimized.
- Aspen 4 is an alkylate gasoline for lawnmowers, tillers, snow blowers, boats and other 4-stroke engines.
- Aspen 4 keeps valves and pistons cleaner, which gives the engine a longer service life and greater operational reliability.
- Aspen 4 can be stored for a long time without any deterioration in quality. Aspen alkylate gasoline keeps for 3–5 years compared with ordinary gasoline, which keeps for around 3–5 months.
- Ordinary petrol is produced through the refining of crude oil where various fractions are treated in different ways and then combined. Gasoline is thus not a homogeneous substance, but a mixture of several. Ordinary gasoline purchased at gasoline stations contains around one hundred different substances, all with different properties as regards performance, effect on health and environmental impact. Many components are extremely hazardous to humans and our environment.
- Alkylate is produced synthetically from the clean gases released when refining crude oil. The result is a very clean gasoline, which only consists of around ten substances, and is therefore largely naturally free from hazardous constituent components such as benzene, aromatic hydrocarbons, sulphur and olefins.
Tip
- If you want your lawnmower or chainsaw to start easily after winter or summer storage, Aspen alkylate gasoline is the right choice. Ordinary gasoline deteriorates if it is stored in containers or gasoline tanks, which results in starting and operating problems. Aspen alkylate gasoline retains its quality.
- The polyethylene plastic from which the containers are made has been selected with the environment in mind, and can be recycled to produce both materials and energy. During combustion, only carbon dioxide and water are produced.

Incredible Product - Aspen 4
I have a 4 Stroke Honda Trimmer that was sitting in my shed for 7 years. I took it into the repair shop and they dumped out the stale gas. They added regular car gas and got it going but it was smoking. They changed the spark plug and then I took it home.
I drained all the "fresh" car gas and ran the trimmer dry. Then I added Aspen 4. I started the trimmer up and ran it for a good 30 minutes or so to really flush out any remnants or impurities from the old stale gas.
I am pleased to say that the trimmer works like new and no longer smokes. I have switched my lawnmower to Aspen 4 as well and I love it.
I was told by the equipment repair shop that the number one reason people bring their small engine equipment for repair is because of stale gas that has sat in equipment for long periods of time.
Rather than draining your tank dry at the end of the season with regular gas, with Aspen 4 you simply top up the tank after every use and leave the tank full over the winter.

The only fuel I will run!
Aspen 4 is the only fuel I will run in my power equipment. I've been using it in my mower other power equipment for over 2 years now and my machines have never started better and don't need servicing before the season starts since it doesn't go bad like pump gas!
Highly recommend. It will save you money.
