Broken welds

Bought the product from a great dealer in Brantford Ontario. Installed the product on my tractor and and lifted the plow into the locked up position and the lever mechanism broke off the pivot bar. Called the help line to complain and the service lady was trained very well to get me off the phone. I had the part welded and wanted some reimbursement. She was not concerned about bad weld quality or any quality assurance. Every time I tried to talk she talked over top of me. She was a real B. And I lost my cool.

From the Lawnmower Hospital:
Good afternoon Even though our dealership did not sell you this unit i would like to ask a couple questions to possibly help you 1] were you given a confirmation number from Husqvarna ? 2] had the dealer submitted any warranty request ? Thank you Scott
